Professional career guidance is provided by fully certified counselors/coaches. Coaches include
expertise in career transition, job hunting, and self-employment.
- Discussion forum (online): Individuals can interact with Oxford coaches and other
individuals going through the process. Here they can ask questions about their situation,
options, and/or progress as well as get reviews of their testing results and online profile.
- This is unlimited time and you can ask every question that is on your mind about your career and progress as you'd like.
- Private phone career coaching with one of our trained Oxford coaches is included in the Premier plan.

The OP Career Testing Battery |
In the Oxford Program, we will have you go through the most in-depth and complete person and career analysis possible.  These are not the old, relatively useless tests you may have taken in the past.
As mentined above, the Oxford Program utilizes "Whole Person Technology", which means that we strive to assess the "whole" person. To that end, a combination of exercises, self-assessments, and
testing is used. The Highlands Ability Battery is the gold standard in assessing career-related abilities and human performance potential, and is part of the Premier plan.
